This area is situated on a hill looking towards Praia do Cresmina and towards Praia do Guincho. We will be walking down a wooden walkway, starting at the top of the hill and proceeding through the dunes area, all the way down to Guincho beach and back up again.  

Many different plants, some small animals, like rabbits and a variety of birds can be spotted here and all the time with the stunning view of the open Atlantic as we’re walking downhill.  

Once we reach Guincho beach we could stop for a coffee at the famous Bar Guincho before we return uphill again. This is a great location for a sunset drink!

The wooden walkway makes this walk relatively easy, but the sandy terrain at Guincho beach is not to be underestimated. 

Please bear in mind to wear proper walking shoes, also make sure you have enough water and sun protection!
